Who we are

Jellyvision’s ALEX® is on a mission to improve lives by helping people choose and use their benefits. We’re raising the bar—for benefits and the employee experience (for our employees and those of the customers we serve)—by scaling personalization, compassion, and an earnest intent to be helpful in all that we do.

Jellyvision people are creative problem solvers who use good judgment, give honest feedback, engage in real debate, and snack frequently. We’re curious, humble, kind, and biased toward action. And we sweat the details to create great experiences for those we serve.

We’re also an inclusive, human-first workplace. Respect and trust for each other are foundational, and our equitable total rewards support the lives and holistic well-being of our unique people. At Jellyvision, expect career experiences that challenge you, empower you to have a direct impact on our mission, and enable you to learn, try, and do—all while having fun along the way.

What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead Jellyvision’s marketing organization and shape how we show up in the market: what we say, how we say it, and how it drives real business outcomes.

This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-impact marketing function that drives awareness, preference, demand, and revenue. You’ll be the strategic voice connecting our brand, product, and customers—crafting compelling narratives and integrated go-to-market strategies that fuel growth.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure marketing is a strategic lever in achieving our company goals. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across brand, product marketing, demand gen, creative, communications, and operations, building a collaborative culture rooted in performance, creativity, and empathy.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator—with the ability to zoom out to shape vision and zoom in to execute.

What you’ll do to be successful

1. Lead and Scale a High-Performing Marketing Team

  • Set the vision for Jellyvision’s marketing function and build a roadmap that aligns with company growth goals.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team across product marketing, brand, demand generation, customer marketing, communications, and marketing ops.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and experimentation.
  • Ensure structure, tools, and resources are in place for the team to thrive.

We’ll measure success by:

  • Increased team engagement, growth, and retention
  • Clear role accountability and cross-functional alignment
  • Scaled team impact on pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness

2. Own Brand and Strategic Positioning

  • Define and evolve Jellyvision’s brand and corporate narrative to increase visibility and differentiation in the market.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and amplify thought leadership across key external channels—media, analysts, influencers, and events.
  • Drive consistent brand expression across all channels and experiences, internally and externally.

We’ll measure success by:

  • Market recognition and media coverage aligned with our strategic narrative
  • Brand and message consistency across functions and channels
  • Increased share of voice in key categories and topics

3. Drive Go-to-Market and Demand Strategy

  • Set the strategic direction for product positioning, launch sequencing, packaging, and market segmentation, with execution led by Product Marketing.
  • Shape our go-to-market vision
  • Align tightly with Product, Sales, and RevOps to optimize funnel performance and support growth targets.
  • Translate product strategy into clear, compelling messaging and packaging that resonates with buyers and accelerates sales velocity.

We’ll measure success by:

  • Marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue performance
  • Improved conversion, win rates, and deal velocity
  • Product launches that generate measurable business impact

4. Connect Marketing to Business Impact

  • Own and manage the marketing budget with discipline and clarity around ROI.
  • Set KPIs and OKRs that tie marketing activity to business outcomes, using data to guide decisions.
  • Bring market, customer, and competitive insights to inform business strategy.

We’ll measure success by:

  • Strong ROI across key marketing initiatives
  • Leadership confidence in marketing strategy and results
  • Actionable insights delivered from market intelligence

Experience & skills you’ll need

  • 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Track record of scaling marketing teams and delivering business results across brand, product, and demand
  • Deep product marketing expertise with strong storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market chops
  • Experience owning and evolving brand identity in a competitive category
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, drive cross-functional alignment, and navigate ambiguity
  • Analytical mindset with a command of marketing metrics and funnel performance
  • Budget ownership and experience driving ROI across varied channels
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, credible, and human
  • Need to have: familiarity with HR tech, benefits, or related verticals

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are excited to build a category-defining brand with purpose
  • Have a strategic mind but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Bring heart and humility to leadership
  • Are energized by scale, growth, and solving big challenges with creativity
  • Love translating complexity into clarity

Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
