About the Role

We are seeking a creative, dynamic and driven Global Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs and campaigns, managing events, and overseeing social media efforts. The programs will generate demand through innovative marketing strategies that grow our business and capture market share. You will strategically collaborate with product marketing and leaders across departments to develop strong campaign plans. You will report the success of the different tactics based on metrics to senior management. The ideal candidate has experience in the spatial biology market, including knowledge of platforms, immunofluorescence, and spatial biology applications in immuno-oncology and immunohistochemistry (IHC)  

About You

You are a seasoned life sciences marketing professional that has demonstrated success in developing and completing global marketing campaigns in support of product launch and commercialization. You have demonstrated experience designing and developing content rich marketing collateral such as brochures, app notes and blog posts, and have updated websites (using WordPress or similar tools). You have worked with the Salesforce suite of marketing (Hubspot) and sales applications and implemented end-to-end prospect nurturing to lead generation programs. You possess excellent project management skills and have a proven track record of success in event planning and social media management.

 

 

 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with product marketing to generate qualified leads from target markets, and enhance brand awareness with the goal to grow our spatial biology business
  • Create positioning and messaging for Ionpath’s MIBIplus service products https://www.ionpath.com/mibiplus/
  • Lead planning and execution of product launch activities
  • Support the product marketing team with the planning and development of key marketing materials such as digital assets, brochures, datasheets, and posters
  • Manage the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, webinars, symposia and product launches
  • Oversee the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics to measure the success of social media efforts
  • Facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs
  • Utilize Salesforce suite of applications to manage CRM process from campaign launch and response rate metrics to generation of marketing qualified leads and measuring MQL effectiveness
  • Lead collaboration with brand and creative agencies to establish and evangelize our brand purpose and strategy
  • Help ensure company brand is maintained and messaging is consistent
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing communications plan that generates new sales leads and a measurable increase of awareness of our brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and applications, to ensure the consistent execution of marketing initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including website content, emails, and promotional materials
  • Manage budgets and track results to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts

 

Education and Experiences

  • BS or MS in life sciences focused major required. Background in oncology (through education or field experience), spatial biology knowledge a plus. MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 3+ years of related outbound marketing experience
  • Proven record of effectively aligning and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
  • Exposure to content planning, corporate brand strategy, and product planning process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across various geographies
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, great teammate, driven, dynamic, resourceful and creative
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, and thorough planning skills
  • 10% travel required
  • Hybrid position, 3 days in office minimum.

 

Salary range $135 - 165K negotiable
