Our Sales Development team drives Invoca’s growth within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments by generating high-quality leads and expanding our customer base. Collaborating closely with Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, the team strategically brings Invoca’s cutting-edge solutions to market, helping more businesses unlock actionable insights through conversation data.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing high-value prospects, building the foundation of our sales pipeline. Partnering with sales leadership, you’ll create new sales opportunities, drive pipeline growth, and influence our strategic outreach. Reporting to the Senior Manager and Director of Sales Development, you’ll be essential to Invoca’s continued success and impact.

You Will:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, working proactively to exceed sales targets
  • Engage deeply with prospects to understand their challenges and communicate Invoca’s unique value
  • Conduct high-volume outreach, including cold calls and strategic follow-ups, to engage potential clients effectively
  • Craft and deliver compelling product narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, from individual contributors to C-level executives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast accurately and manage a detailed Salesforce pipeline
  • Stay informed on business trends, articulating Invoca’s differentiators within the marketplace
  • Provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings and messaging

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within marketing technology (martech) or advertising technology (adtech) sectors
  • Proven success selling to B2C companies, including expertise in cold-calling, prospecting, and developing a strategic outreach pipeline
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding quotas, demonstrating a results-driven mindset and resilience in a metrics-oriented environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a passion for sales and a creative, strategic approach to engage potential clients
  • Enthusiasm for analyzing market trends, understanding Invoca's value within martech/adtech, and contributing ideas that drive impactful growth

    • Actual salary will depend on years of experience, as we have three tiers of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within our organization.
