About the Team
We are looking for a Finance Analyst II of Retailer Partnerships to join our team. This role will be a key business partner to business development/sales teams. You will help own deal reviews with senior leadership and partner with key cross-functional stakeholders on some of the largest deals at the company.

As a Finance Analyst II, you have both the ability to operate at the lowest level of detail and consider the big picture to drive strategic and investment recommendations. You have exceptional analytical capabilities and excel in data-driven decision making.
About The Job
- Serve as the direct business partner to the head of new retailer partnerships and major retailer teams
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve deal outcomes
- Work across teams to establish deal terms that align incentives across all stakeholders in the ecosystem
- Run analysis on ROI, payback, and strategic value of each major deal
- Develop, monitor, and drive deeper understanding of the entire P&L to improve unit economics and report on key metrics tracking
- Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis + using SQL to self-serve data for analyses
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Business or other related field
- 3-5 years work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated financial acumen and a track record of leveraging data for business impact
- Highly proficient in advanced Excel modeling with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SQL is required
- Ability to use data to identify and quantify opportunities for growth or profitability improvement
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex business problems, developing frameworks and providing recommendations
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Strategic Finance experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company is preferred
- Experience with partnerships and consumer marketplaces is strongly preferred
- Advanced SQL and data visualization knowledge is preferred
- Polished communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
