As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. Like all of our UX jobs, you’ll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the design language to build useful, usable and delightful designs for features in any given product that support customer needs and meet business goals. Over time, you will serve as a subject matter expert on the latest product, UI technology, solution and build knowledge of the market needs.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions

  • Bring strong interaction design skills and own the design experience and carry it thru from concept to execution

  • Collaborate closely with the UX team to foster great ideas, build a strong intuition, drive consistency, maintain high standards for visual look and feel and leverage user research and analytics to drive decisions

  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes using agile methodologies

  • You will be comfortable being hands-on and shifting between strategic discussions and polishing individual designs 

  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates

  • Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements

  • Help recruit, retain, and develop design talent at all levels

  • Its desirable to have designed for enterprise software and large scale web applications

Your Toolkit:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree, or equivalent relevant experience

  • 4+ years of User Experience Product Design

  • Ability to take customer needs from initial concept(s) through iterations and into final execution. 

  • You have a portfolio you're proud of and can’t wait to show us. 

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present work and findings to internal and external stakeholders 

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage ambiguity in an ever-changing landscape. 

  • You check your ego at the door and foster collaborative idea sharing and thoughtful feedback. 

  • You have experience shipping products and know what it takes to get something from idea to reality. 

  • You can handle input, ideas, and feedback from lots of different teams and deliver designs that achieve objectives for everyone. 

  • Ability to help the business form a product roadmap for customer experience improvements. 

  • You have taken complicated technical processes, flows, and data distilling them into a simple and beautiful experience. 

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present work and findings to internal and external stakeholders 

  • Ability to create stunning interfaces and have excellent attention for detail; it borders on obsession. 

  • You care about responsiveness, accessibility and small details like alignment down to the very pixel and micro-interactions. 

  • Experience in design systems and the knowledge of when it is better to handcraft a component. 

  • Experience with one or more of the following design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, OmniGraffle or equivalent

  • Understanding of HTML and CSS

Compensation:

$152,000 - $175,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
