HubSpot is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our in-house paid media team. This person will assist with the planning, execution, management, and reporting of our multi-channel paid advertising campaigns focused on increasing customer acquisition.

Our ideal candidate has a hands-on attitude and analytical mindset with direct experience in executing paid advertising campaigns. We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who is knowledgeable about paid advertising and has a proven track record of working with teams across multiple disciplines to deliver remarkable results.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Plan, execute, and report on all self-serve digital ad campaigns (i.e. paid social, paid search, programmatic display, review sites, etc.) in support of our direct response advertising efforts.
  • Brainstorm and implement new and innovative experiments for ad creative, audiences, landing pages, devices, new channels, and more.
  • Work with account teams at Facebook, Google, etc. to implement experiments, measure results, and stay up to date on each channel’s best practices.
  • Track and optimize campaign impact, profitability & ROI.
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure spend limits come in on target.
  • Assist analytics team in building out new reports & dashboards.
  • Collaborate with various departments at HubSpot, including but not limited to analytics, regional marketing, CRO, creative, brand, and product.
  • Stay current on the latest in ad technology. Investigate and experiment with new marketing channels such as podcasts, review sites, newsletters, and more.

Who we are looking for::

  • 3-6 years of direct response paid advertising experience.
  • Hands-on experience working with ad platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience juggling multiple company-wide goals and working with multiple teams / clients at once.
  • Capable of identifying what’s worked well in the past and iterating, but also comfortable ideating and implementing brand new ideas from scratch.
  • Have a proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners or vendors
  • Experience writing ad copy and creating landing pages for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficient in Excel. Very comfortable with Vlookups, Sumifs, and pivot tables.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ad servers (preferably Google Campaign Manager) as well as digital/audio DSPs (preferably DV360).
  • Experience with Looker and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience with incrementally testing.




Cash compensation range: 56000-84000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
