We are a fintech company that builds a SaaS platform for home service professionals (e.g. plumbers, electricians, and other Pros). 🔧 Our core product helps our clients with scheduling, dispatching, job management, invoicing, payment processing, marketing, and more.

We support over 45,000 businesses and have over 1,700 ambitious, mission-driven employees in San Diego, Denver, and worldwide (half of the engineering team is in Poland 🇵🇱).

Compensation: 2 500 USD per month (B2B) / 10 000 PLN (B2B)*

🔹 Join us, if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering program, or equivalent work experience
  • Basic experience in software engineering and motivation to develop your skills in Ruby on Rails technology
  • Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails; completing an online course combined with any engineering experience is acceptable
  • Theoretical knowledge of agile frameworks (especially Scrum)
  • A theoretical understanding of SOLID principles
  • Fluency in Polish and English (we work in Polish teams for a US-based company)

  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with a dispersed team, so first-class communication is a must
  • Natural curiosity and strong motivation to constantly develop your skills and knowledge
  • Practical understanding of Test-Driven Development
  • Theoretical understanding of Domain-Driven Design
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Experience working with a larger group of people committing to the same project
