Our Growth team is responsible for driving acquisition, activation, and retention through close collaboration with our Marketing team.

This is one of the most challenging and exciting roles in Tel Aviv right now for anyone passionate about building viral growth engines, designing seamless onboarding journeys from first touch to full implementation, and analyzing churn and resurrection data to uncover new growth opportunities.

Here are a few of the things you'll do:

  • Be part of our Product organization, reporting directly to our CPO.
  • Lead our team of experienced and talented growth product managers.
  • Contribute hands-on to both strategy and day-to-day execution. We're looking for a leader who can analyze A/B test results, provide feedback on new feature designs, conduct foundational research, and ideate new growth strategies for the company.
  • In 2025, your team will work on initiatives like rebuilding our entire referrals channel, optimizing our onboarding for deeper funnel implementation actions, building organic growth levers such as a templates marketplace, and more.
  • Build a strong and effective relationship with our Marketing team. We believe there's significant potential in joint initiatives between Product Growth and Marketing.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Strong and diverse background as a product leader in growth organizations within SaaS companies.
  • Significant experience managing highly skilled senior PMs.
  • Extensive experience in companies with a PLG motion, ideally without a Sales motion.
  • A track record of building products for SMBs.
  • Proven experience in strategic collaboration with marketing teams across different channels.

The good stuff:

  • Mission-driven: You'll be joining more than just another startup - our members are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Impact: We move quickly and encourage every employee to push the envelope. Our best ideas come from out-of-the-box thinking and innovation; be ready to fail fast and often!
  • Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + meaningful equity based on merit.
  • Benefits + Perks: From wellness programs to exceptional family leave policies, the health and happiness of our employees is foremost.

Our core values:

People come first: We prioritize people as we explore opportunities and work through challenges.
Raise the bar: We push for greatness—for ourselves, each other, and our members.
Own it: Trust and ownership let us make decisions with confidence.
We love what we do: We bring passion to our work and love what we create for our members.
Keep it real: Authenticity, respect, and transparency are at our core.
