What does a Senior Screen Localization Producer do at Hogarth? 

The Senior Screen Localization Producer supports the Senior Technical Producer on the screen automation process and delivery of localized screen imagery to Geo Content Producers for validation. All while balancing production capacity and control of scope, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of localized UI across product imagery for the entire Marcom studio. You will maintain a close partnership with producer partners across multiple functions in Marcom, to ensure precise tracking of all screen automation needs. You will partner with the Senior Technical Producer on the localization of screen images by working with Image Content Producers, Geo Content Producers and Central Automation teams to plan, inform, track, and drive deadlines for localized screens across all the languages that Marcom supports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day screen automation process, including briefing, tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and delivery
  • Partner with your Senior Technical Producer to build a foundation of product specific UI knowledge
  • Partner with the Image Content Producer and Content Automation teams, briefing and tracking with them on all screen automation needs for all functional teams
  • Champion the adoption of the screen automation process by working with functional teams to understand their specific needs and serve as their point of contact to identify and propose new solutions to help improve the process across production teams
  • Work closely with UI tech team to help prioritize daily screen automation needs (grabs and loc-strings) in order to meet production deadlines
  • Provide guidance for the imagery requested by functional teams specific to each project as well as on accuracy and/or approval routes
  • Work within a flat hierarchy supporting Technicians, Producers, and Production teams to help them succeed together
  • Be someone who is proactive and has a go getter attitude, who is looking for and open to new ways of working

Requirements

  • Have seven to ten years of production experience at a creative agency
  • Bring extensive experience in marketing content execution, experience design, localization, and you understand how to be a strong partner to remote geo teams
  • Have expertise in building real, positive relationships with localization producers who span many fields, including Localization & Release Engineering, Human Interface, and Software Engineering
  • Experience with guiding and shaping the localization production process across a variety of media, including print, interactive, and video
  • React quickly to new information, opinions, and direction, and strategically pivot when necessary
  • Love people and enjoy collaborating with team members across the globe
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree and certifications in applicable fields is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and productivity tools such as Quip, Box, Numbers, Keynote, Pages
  • Understanding and familiarity with client’s current hardware and software lineup is a plus

At Hogarth California, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70 to $89/hr. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
