About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join HelloFresh’s Global AI team, with a focus on customer experience personalization. Our vision is to deliver the right food at the right price point to the front door of all our customers. As a Product Manager, you'll be part of a team of engineers and data scientists who work together to build innovative data products in an agile, highly collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to create and own the vision for your team in the next few years and work on making that a reality through customer centric prioritization.

What You’ll Do

Own vision, development, and use of the data products developed by the Personalization product team(s)
Collaborate with marketing teams to establish and drive an experimentation roadmap for pricing and discount initiatives across the customer lifecycle
Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects to senior leadership and stakeholders
Document and communicate new product hypotheses, with accompanying concepts, prototypes, and use cases
Define clear OKRs and KPIs with your team and track progress against them regularly
Keep up on industry trends that help us evaluate the company’s needs in marketing and data technologies

You Are

An active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams
Able to develop an in-depth understanding of HelloFresh’s core product and architecture
Acting as an ambassador for state-of-the-art software solutions and industry best practices

What You’ll Bring

Extensive hands-on product management experience related to Personalization or data/analytics with teams of 5+ engineers and data scientists
Experience building products to personalize the customer experience is highly desirable
Experience with agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in science, engineering, and marketing
Proven track of record shipping end-to-end data products to stakeholders
Ability to build business cases

D. Commercial Information: Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

E. Biometric Information: An individual’s physiological, biological, or behavioral characteristics, including an individual’s deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), that can be used, singly or in combination with each other or with other identifying data, to establish individual identity. Biometric information includes, but is not limited to, imagery of the iris, retina, fingerprint, face, hand, palm, vein patterns, and voice recordings, from which an identifier template, such as a faceprint, a minutiae template, or a voiceprint, can be extracted, and keystroke patterns or rhythms, gait patterns or rhythms, and sleep, health, or exercise data that contain identifying information.

F. Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement.

G. Geolocation Data: Geolocation data.

H. Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.

I. Professional or Employment-Related Information: Professional or employment-related
information.

J. Education Information: Information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

K. Inferences: Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

HelloFresh collects the following categories of personal information about applicants and/or employees:

A. Identifiers: Real name, alias, postal address, email address, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number.

B. Personal Information, as defined by California Civil Code section 1798.80(e):
