The role
As a Senior Audience Manager for Reactivations, you will be an integral part of HelloFresh's strategy addressing millions of former customers across 17 of our markets and 4 of our brands. You will be responsible for translating our vision into customer-centric data-based customer journeys and will own the execution roadmap assuring effective communications and the health of our channels.
Working together with our local markets and central teams, like Brand, Marketing Analytics and Pricing, you will set performance targets for conversions, CAC and ROI, and come up with innovative ideas to use our CRM channels (email, app, SMS, Direct Mail and more) to engage with our former base.
Collaborating with Brand and CRM Operations, you will translate your ideas into execution, prioritising and ensuring our execution efforts are utilised in the best way possible.

What you’ll do
- Scope CRM initiatives to deliver the annual strategic plans for Reactivations
- Work cross-functionally with local markets, Pricing & Discount, Marketing Analytics and Product teams to uncover opportunities, refine ideas and map dependencies
- Make recommendations, set targets and prioritise the CRM backlog to deliver the most impact
- Define hypothesis and design experiments to move us in the right direction with confidence
- Brief and support the Brand team in the creative development for CRM initiatives
- Brief and support the Campaign Management team in the implementation of the CRM initiatives
- Leverage data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and to identify issues and trends
What you’ll bring
- You are able to analyse data and make decisions based on rational reasoning
- You have relevant experience in the CRM field. Experience with Direct Mail and subscription models would be a plus
- You have a good eye for creative execution and overall aesthetic for CRM channels
- You are focused on customer centricity and optimising customer engagement
- You excel using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
- You have good knowledge of Experimentation and A/B testing.
- You feel comfortable devising your own strategy and communicating your vision to stakeholders
- You have experience in forecasting and budget management
- You are comfortable managing a large pool of stakeholders from different seniority level
