We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our hardworking and outgoing Finance Team. Supporting the Head of Finance, you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills through implementing new processes and will have the opportunity to mentor and coach others.

What you will be doing:

As the Senior Commercial Finance manager for Operations, you will be the trusted business partner for our Warehousing and Logistics teams, creating AEBITDA value through strong collaborative partnerships, commercial acumen, illuminating insights and accurate reporting.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Building strong relationships with the Ops Directors & senior managers across our fulfillment sites and logistics team, understanding their business and becoming a trusted advisor.
Evaluate and provide recommendations on business cases for new cost saving initiatives, commercial partnerships and revenue opportunities for HelloFresh UK.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities through ongoing and ad hoc reporting, as well as provide the support necessary to drive actions through effective challenge.
Take responsibility for reporting accuracy, working cross-functionally to seize opportunities to automate and make more efficient where possible.
Owning the annual business plan and quarterly budgeting process, helping refine and drive forward our processes and guiding/challenging stakeholders in building out their assumptions.
Ownership of the month-end reporting packs that provide insights & analysis vs budget and forecast
Communicating on a regular basis to exchange ideas and best practices with the rest of the finance team, as well as our global teams from around the world.
Management of a senior financial analyst, providing direction, coaching and leadership to them in their career development.
Support the Head of Finance in establishing forward thinking, refined processes for highly commercial business partnering across the business.

A qualified accountant
Someone highly commercial with proven experience in a fast paced environment managing simultaneous deadlines.
People Management and Leadership
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to simplify and feedback to senior stakeholders.
Problem solvers who are curious to get to the detail and reasoning behind the numbers and a drive for continuous improvement and development of legacy processes
Someone who enjoys new challenges, can adapt to change and able to take on new ways of working
A passion to drive the business forward, challenge current processes and think creatively about how numbers can be transformed into key insights
