Senior Manager, Production Planning

Factor a brand of HelloFresh is seeking the Senior Manager, Production Planning. The Production Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Senior Manager of Production Planning is responsible for end-to-end production planning for our distribution centers, including addressing day-to-day operational risk, analytical problem-solving, and driving improvement of key performance indicators. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and dive-deep skills, as well as excellent communication skills and executive presence, who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to solve problems and execute high-level network decisions on a daily basis.

Oversee and track progress against production plans, addressing deviations through problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Lead the team responsible for timely creation and execution of daily production plans.
Drive key data requirements across cooking and production operations, managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
Assess operational risks and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, HR, and Operations to mitigate them.
Utilize production planning tools to monitor performance and ensure successful plan execution.
Analyze operational metrics to identify insights for optimizing end-to-end production planning.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing planning data inputs and analysis.
Develop strategic understanding of production planning to achieve service level metrics and conduct ROI analysis to inform strategic direction.

You have...

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or relevant field required
3-7 years Fulfillment Operations / Manufacture Operations /Demand Planning (scheduling, planning, forecasting, performance measurements)
Superior communication; able to cultivate collaborative relationships across all levels
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with complex variables in situations, navigating ambiguity
Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint in addition to the Google Suite of products
Any experience in implementing automation or on boarding production planning software's is a plus
Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred
Experience managing direct reports preferred

K. Inferences: Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
