HashiCorp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Vault Radar team and lead initiatives to tackle secret sprawl challenges for our customers. You will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the Secrets Lifecycle Management experience. What you’ll do (responsibilities)
Craft the product story by understanding the landscape, user needs, and HashiCorp principles.
Write detailed strategy documents to set the context for the product roadmap
Prioritize the product roadmap with feedback from customers and partners.
Conduct user research and write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to distill the research into requirements for engineering to deliver
Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales in delivering the compelling capabilities to our customers.
Communicate product status to all partners. Keep sales and marketing updated on feature releases and keep engineering informed on feature requests
What you’ll need (basic qualifications)
8+ years of product management experience in delivering Enterprise or cloud security products.
Proficient technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of secrets management, IAM, cloud security, and the overall security landscape.
Experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ability to organize multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
Strong user and market research skills.
Experience working with Product Marketing in Go to Market strategy and field enablement.
Ability to deliver products with a focus on user experience
Experience with B2B SaaS products and/or services preferred.

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
$195,500—$230,000 USD
The base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:
$179,300—$210,900 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
