The Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for partnering with Hashicorp’s alliances and channel team. This position will work closely with members of sales operations and our executive team on implementing and administering our alliances and channels operational model. Our rapidly growing team is in need of a sharp Channel Operations Manager who thrives on building out solid operational processes, metrics and infrastructure – and will be a key business partner to the channel organization as we scale this revenue and strategic function. The role will work closely with the Channel, Sales Management, GTM Operations, Customer Success and Finance.
Core business partner to our Alliance and Channel leadership including supporting the development of strategy, implementation and measurement of success
Define our channel operational processes that integrate with our broader sales operations processes
Oversee the implementation of our channel operations process rollout
Define and measure key KPIs and help grow this line of business
Partner oriented in your engagement with sales and channel leadership and the broader organization

5 years of experience in Technology Industry, Sales / Channel Operations, GTM operations, Systems, Professional Services or Consulting.
