Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC is seeking a smart and self-motivated Project Manager with the ability to take on and overcome challenges in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

 Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage a development team and deliver IT solutions following the Agile methodology.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Run daily standup meetings, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, convert requirements to user stories and plan sprints to deliver solutions on time.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
  • Develop best practices for project execution and management.
  • Assist with System Requirement Specifications, System Design Documentation and Test Planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Due to customer requirements, candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card (permanent resident). We can not offer sponsorship for this role.
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management, business process, and software engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field or comparable experience.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • 10 years of project management, business process and software engineering experience.
  • Expert in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience identifying and implementing Project Management and Agile best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects using SCRUM.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project; PPM tool(s)

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Working knowledge of Jira.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Consistent success in leading teams to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Outstanding time management and organization skills.
  • Thorough, detail oriented, and organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills. Should be able to conduct presentations, product briefings and training sessions.
