YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented professional to lead our Customer support team in Georgia and Armenia. Someone who will be responsible for building, scaling and optimizing customer support teams to deliver impact on service excellence, client experience and efficiency at scale for Glovo.
THE JOURNEY
- Ensure Glovo customer services are consistent, compliant and in line with Glovo’s standards (and customer expectations)
- Build and deliver Customer support strategy on the country level
- Own and improve customer support cost efficiency
- Act as Live Operations Ambassador in the countries working closely with Country Directors and leadership teams
- Act as the voice of the customer for your region and drive continuous improvement and customer happiness through analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Build, coordinate and lead a strong collaboration model with Glovo’s outsourcing partners
- Lead and coordinate priorities with the regional squad (QA, Training, WFM)
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Extensive experience of managing operational customer service teams
- Strong Stakeholder and C-level management experience
- Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the relevant markets.
- Ability to influence and build cross-functional relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Established track record of exceeding targets, KPI’s SLA’s & high levels of customer satisfaction
- Able to interpret MI/BI and develop strategy and make recommendations
- Able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment
- Evidence of well-developed leadership skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Georgian (optional)
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and ability to learn fast
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
