YOUR MISSION
As a Partner Ops Technical Project Manager, you will support new partners' integrations and provide technical support, improving the performance of thousands of Partners who use Glovo’s API. You will define projects related to integrations that will require being in direct contact and leading conversation with Glovo’s key partners, integrators, tech and product teams. We are seeking a very hands-on person who has an interest and knowledge about API and that wants to grow in a key area for Glovo with massive growth opportunities.
THE JOURNEY
- Be the main point of contact for all related to the API and integrations at Glovo ensuring strong collaboration and communication across the company.
- Work closely with Commercial, Tech and Product teams to understand the technical requests identifying opportunities of growth through our API.
- Coordinate and give technical and functional support for our integrated partners.
- Ensure our standards are maintained across all countries, working closely with international teams to understand and address any issues.
- Be proactive and hands-on in understanding partner’s challenges finding standard solutions to drive impact through a seamless customer experience.
- Lead the business performance reporting around the adoption of integrations and leading business metrics associated with them.
- Analysing, planning and developing scheduled projects to improve partner performance while building and providing tools to help teams to drive improvements.
- Ensure propagation of the integration's knowledge through documentation and internal learning sessions.
- Proactive and positive in identifying opportunities and working on them with minimal management oversight
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- + 2 years of experience of web service technologies (REST / JSON), API usage integrations and Postman
- Proactive, reliable and autonomous to manage partner relationships and accelerate integrations.
- You can translate complexity into action plans and needs into business solutions across a variety of stakeholders (internal & external).
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and dashboard creation (e.g. Looker)
- Great communication skills, with experience collaborating across senior leadership teams.
- Worked in a fast-paced environment and enjoyed providing insights that will help evolve existing projects and define new ones.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
