YOU WILL:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the HQ teams of our Global Partnerships;
  • Develop strategic growth plans that will guarantee marriages for life with them;
  • Organize Global events dedicated to our Local Top Grocers, supporting the development of the category in as many countries as possible;
  • Coordinate the implementation of our Global Commercial Strategy by our Regional and Local Teams;
  • Build frameworks and documentation that can enable our Regional/Local teams to better lead commercial initiatives with Top Partners;
  • Be the guardian of our Global Commercial Tools and support the implementation/training of our Local teams (i.e. Salesforce);
  • Support the Head of Commercial in Top Partners negotiations.

YOU HAVE:

  • A bachelor in business and/or economics
  • >3yr experience in fast-paced environments (startups, Big4, top consulting firms, top internet firms, FMCG, retailers);
  • >2yr experience as an account manager, sales executive, or similar;
  • Experience in understanding FMCG, retail and/or e-commerce business, as well as revenue/growth dynamics and drivers;
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus. 
  • Commercial skills: you know how to negotiate and build longlasting relationships with  big retail players;
  • Influencing skills: you can be a true project leader in multidisciplinary teams;
  • A natural bias for action: you are objective, multitasker and deadline-oriented;
  • A data-driven mentality: you make decisions based on data and you are not afraid of making business judgments when necessary;
  • A problem-solving mindset: you enjoy finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems;
  • Proficiency in English.
