YOUR MISSION

In this role you will be part of the Account Management Team at Glovo Headquarters, that is focused on growing and retaining Glovo partners. You will be directly responsible for overseeing, challenging and rethinking the data, business plan & processes of the post-sales operational landscape, based on solid data driven conclusions, so that they can be implemented  on a global scale.

THE JOURNEY

  • Stakeholder management: Partner closely with senior sales leaders and cross functional partners to align on strategy
  • Communication: find simple ways to convey insights and recommendations from sophisticated analysis results to business leaders.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets;  Analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics to identify trends and stop opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: leverage data analysis to analyze Account Management processes and lead the implementation of optimization strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Automation: Design and implement automation solutions to remove manual processes.
  • Planning: Partner with Account Management leadership to set performance targets for local teams, recommend actions for improvement and work together to integrate positive changes within the operational environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering preferred.
  • 4 years of work experience, outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role, preferably with 2 years in Sales Operations.
  • Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with analytics/ds libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown
  • In-depth knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performance
  • Ability to summarize and represent data (e.g., descriptive statistics and graphs).
  • Ability to create robust, insightful, and story-telling visualizations using modern BI & Analytics tools and ability to identify data Issues.
  • Familiarity with a collaborative environment and/or version control (GitHub, Git).
  • Ability to build hypotheses and test them (sometimes by piloting projects entirely)
  • Project management / coordination skills. Determined to get things done
  • Understanding of A/B test principles, to design, conduct and analyze different experiments.
  • You are eager to learn, hungry for knowledge, and want to work towards growing in your career from day one.
  • You are independent in solving problems within your capabilities and proactive in asking for support when the task is beyond your expertise
