The Laboratory Department is looking for a Phlebotomist for our Wesley Chapel (Wiregrass) location. The role is required to perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and clerical duties, in a timely and efficient manner. Candidates must have a current Phlebotomy certification and Strong computer skills with ability to handle a fast pace work environment with complex thinking processes. Fast phlebotomist with excellent customer service.

Keys to Success in this Role:
Perform front office duties (copy insurance cards, print labels for specimens, collect monies from patients, etc)
Perform back office duties (work internal billing charges, retrieve results, work error logs, etc)
Maintain inventory
Ability to utilize all computer systems
Perform incidental duties as needed
Physical and Mental Demands:
Normal physical ability; able to stand for long periods
Normal concentration and normal complexity of decision making
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
High level verbal and written communication skills
Above average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent telephone etiquette
Strong computer proficiency
Strong team player
Phlebotomy Certification required
