The team

We’re a friendly hard-working team with ambitious plans as a growth hub for the agency, and our client list intersects with most of the other disciplines (particularly consumer, tech, corporate/b2b and healthcare) so our work is always varied and rewarding. We help devise and deliver strategies and campaigns targeting a wide range of audiences with diverse challenges, and collaboration, creativity and flexibility are key to our success.

The role 

We’re looking for an extra pair of hands to help deliver integrated digital comms for a global B2B/Health tech client in Q4 (and potentially beyond). Start date ASAP. Please note this role will fall within IR35. 

In this role you will:

  • Provide strategic counsel to internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of social and digital communications
  • Develop and implement best in class social and digital communications
  • Partner and brief our design and production teams to oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content targeting a variety of audiences, across a range of channels and platforms
  • Scope and manage social and digital projects based on timeframes and objectives with accuracy on hours, skillsets and deliverables
  • Analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Produce and analyse a variety of data driven reports on performance across organic and paid,

About you:

  • Experience implementing communications across various social media platforms, algorithms, and can demonstrate best practices.
  • Broader knowledge of the digital ecosystem i.e. websites, programmatic and display, mobile, & SEO an advantage.
  • Background in social and digital comms for b2b/corporate/healthcare clients an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and articulate ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
