The Role

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and talented Psychologist (PsyD/PhD). The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for scalable mental health solutions, a deep understanding of human psychology through years of relevant research. This is not a patient-facing role; however, you will interface with software users to understand habits and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pioneer a new way of approaching mental health for diverse populations.
  • Work directly with users of software to understand behavior and use-cases.
  • Develop and validate novel approaches to personality-based, cognition, and mental health-based assessments.
  • Oversee and analyze initial user data to assess platform performance, working directly with the technical team.
  • Provide insights to ensure platform is aligned with state-of-the-art knowledge.

S(he) must exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills. S(he) should be ready to lead application development in a very dynamic and innovative environment.  

Qualifications:

  • PsyD/PhD from an accredited institution, with research focus in personality, cognition, or related areas of study.
  • Strong understanding of psychological theories, therapeutic interventions, and mental health diagnostics.
  • Experience with designing and conducting empirical studies using real-world evidence.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software development or app-based behavior engagement.
  • Experience in clinical settings, particularly in mental health services.
  • Familiarity with large language models.
