Five9 is seeking an experienced and data driven Marketing Campaign Manager (Contractor) to lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the strategic conceptualization and delivery of integrated, global marketing initiatives that align with Five9’s growth objectives and strengthen our brand presence. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring that marketing strategies are executed cohesively and effectively across all channels globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns that align with Five9's tier 1 global initiatives.
  • Ability to strategically and creatively conceptualize global campaign names, themes, and messages that are innovative and strengthen Five9’s brand positioning and presence
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Creative, and Regional teams, to ensure consistent campaign messaging and execution.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels, paid media, social, email, webinars, events, and other tactics to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Work closely with third-party agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality campaign assets, such as videos, landing pages, digital ads, and other creative materials.
  • Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, testing, and iteration, focusing on conversion rate improvement and overall revenue impact.
  • Maintain and update campaign documentation, calendars, and performance reports, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.

Key Deliverables:

  • Execute high-priority, global marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Align and coordinate campaign strategy across regions, ensuring localization as needed for optimal impact.
  • Provide campaign measurement and performance tracking using tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Domo, reporting on key metrics and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign adoption, alignment, and effectiveness.

Measurement and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Regularly communicate campaign outcomes and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Focus on key growth areas, refining targeting and messaging for greater impact and conversion rates.
  • Drive the implementation of campaign best practices, tools, and processes to streamline and scale future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management
  • Full time availability (40hrs. per week)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, achieving strong results in terms of engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Domo).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate campaign strategy, performance, and value clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
