As a BSA, you will have a key role partnering with internal IT and external business teams to understand and transform business vision into business requirements. Your role is critical in ensuring that our IT development teams are delivering the expected results with solutions that are transformative and scalable.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering and documentation of new solution requests 
  • Partner with the IT Business Partners and business stakeholders to shape business demand
  • Analyze and document business requirements with acceptance criteria and definition of done
  • Partner with the development team to accept stories into sprint and track through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off.
  • Develop domain knowledge to identify and evaluate and address multi-functional and cross-system dependencies.
  • Ability to make recommendations and ask relevant questions regarding upstream/downstream functionality intersection points.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certification is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or equivalent experience is desired
  • Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM, Billing and Revenue Management platform knowledge
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Abilities to lead and drive key discussions with business partners
  • Great at execution, communication, critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Ability to be organized, timely follow-ups, proactive at communication
  • Ability to be flexible with and adaptable to changing priorities

Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Customer/Product Lifecycle and Lead to Cash processes
  • Oral and written communication, facilitation, interpersonal and consultative skills
