The Telco Regulatory Compliance team member interacts with external regulatory community and has a good knowledge base of telecommunications regulations globally, market and industry trends. You will manage telecommunications regulatory requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and implement partners, products, and services. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of telecommunications regulatory context in each of the markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Manages licensing, filing, and reporting requirements for different Official Regulatory bodies and agencies worldwide on collaboration with external legal resources when applicable.
  • Provides direction and information to implement policies, develop company products and ensure company compliance with regulations.
  • Track regulatory reporting calendar and organize supporting internal company documentation.
  • Participate as needed in document production and research related to data request responses.
  • Assist in managing various projects toward meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Support internal teams to adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment with regulations and license requirements.
  • Initiate and manage the application process in accordance with local regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation to track regulatory requirements, reporting obligations and projects status.
  • Follows telecommunication regulatory trends to assess potential changes to be performed and keeps the organization informed about changes and their potential impact.

Required Skills:

  • S. Degree in related field is required (Telecommunications or Legal strongly preferred)
  • 3 years of telecommunications experience, ideally in the Regulatory or Wholesale area including familiarity with engineering plans and projects.
  • Superior computer skills, particularly in Excel, with strong data mining and manipulation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and achieve results on a timely basis.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to show good judgment, consistency, timeliness, and respect in decision-making.

English is a must. Any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
