Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager at EverTrue, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core product suite: EverTrue Core (our foundational advancement intelligence platform), Signal (our donor engagement and insights tool), and Mobile (our on-the-go fundraising apps). This role requires a business-savvy product manager who thinks like an executive, driving the commercial success of these products through strategic planning, revenue optimization, and deep customer understanding. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS Product Management roles, with a proven track record of making data-informed decisions that drive measurable business outcomes, such as revenue growth, user adoption, and customer retention.
  • You have a clear history of shipping high-quality SaaS solutions that deliver tangible value to users and customers, balancing technical feasibility with market demands.
  • You have worked on data-driven products and technically complex projects (e.g., data pipelines, administrative workflows, or AI/ML integrations), and excel at translating intricate technical concepts into compelling business narratives for stakeholders.
  • You possess strong product intuition and deep user empathy, combined with a business executive mindset—thinking strategically about pricing models, go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and long-term product vision to maximize business impact.
  • You demonstrate expertise in customer-centric frameworks, such as defining key personas, mapping jobs-to-be-done (JTBD), and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and expansion.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven influencing techniques to align cross-functional teams and executives around product vision, strategy, and opportunities.
  • You balance creative problem-solving with analytical rigor, empowering teams to tackle diverse challenges while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives like profitability, scalability, and customer lifetime value.
  • Working experience in the Education/Non-Profit Sectors and/or have experience with Advancement or Fundraising is a nice to have

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for EverTrue Core, Signal, and Mobile, treating these as a cohesive business unit with a focus on driving revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to refine personas, prioritize features based on JTBD, and inform pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to define go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, and monetization strategies that optimize for business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from ideation and prioritization to launch and iteration—using data and metrics to quantify success.
  • Monitor product performance against key business KPIs (e.g., ARR, churn, engagement), and pivot strategies as needed to achieve ambitious growth targets.
