Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integrations.
- Create end user Manuals, and Users Guides for various clients.
- Own and lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution of projects.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define and prioritize technical deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices are followed in architecture, design, and development.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, from concept through production.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to technical aspects of projects and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained.
- Should work as individual contributor work directly with customer/CTO.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Experience working with healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's technical landscape.
