- Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in relevant technologies and troubleshooting. - Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Expertise: Ability to quickly create diagnostic tools using data from AWS logs, Zookeeper configurations, DynamoDB, and Postgres to resolve issues. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Python, JavaScript, Express, Kafka, AWS Lambda, Docker, DynamoDB, Postgres, Zookeeper, React, Material-UI, GraphQL, and AWS managed containers. - Linux Environment: Proficient in Linux for development and basic system administration. - Rule-based Engine Development: Experience developing and maintaining rule-based systems, particularly in claims processing pipelines. - Hands-on Development: Must be willing to be a hands-on developer when necessary, solving complex challenges and delivering solutions. - Medical Claims Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare claims processing, with the ability to optimize claims workflows and troubleshoot issues. - CI/CD Pipelines: Experience creating and diagnosing AWS CI/CD pipelines for automated integration and deployment. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Volume Handling: Ability to manage large volumes of data, email, and text message processing with attention to performance and accuracy. - Collaboration Tools: Experience working with Confluence, Jira, and Miro for documentation and project management. - Debugging Expertise: Proficiency in debugging microservice-based communications and resolving issues across distributed systems.
