About the role

As an iOS engineer in Growth Pillar, you will develop features to contribute to Duolingo's user growth and bring the best learning experience to millions of learners. We're looking for engineers who are passionate about crafting delightful experiences in close collaboration with our world-class design and animation teams. Our ideal candidate will be versatile, display leadership skills, and be hardworking to tackle new problems across the full-stack as we continue to innovate.   • Collaborate with product managers and designers to drive user growth.

  • Graduated or will graduate with a B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or related technical field (i.e. math, physics, or data science) before summer 2026
  • 0-1 years of experience programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, and Swift.
  • Dedication to our mission of universally available education
  • Relocation to Beijing, China. This position is based in Beijing.
