Summary:

Druva is seeking an experienced and highly motivated New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager to join our exciting, fast growing company. We are looking for a person with a unique blend of business, technical and product management skill sets. As a member of Druva NPI Team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn beyond your years, collaborating with all major job functions in a product company as you work across the company on some of the biggest company initiatives, reporting those out to e-staff(C suite execs) and building critical processes to aid the product teams. As the NPI Program Manager at Druva, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, Revenue and Customer Operations teams to improve alignment, execution, communication and processes throughout the roadmap and delivery of our products. You will also establish and oversee product management tools and product lifecycle processes to ensure we deliver the best products in the market. As a part of your role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of how we effectively design, implement, and deliver our products. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Tactical execution of Strategic Operations and Product Management functions;
  • Coordinate and Run the Product Launch program sync(NPI) meetings on a regular basis to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned with the set of programs, deliverables and priorities and informed of planned schedules for new or enhanced offerings
  • Work closely and effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Revenue, Pricing and Operations to align on project deliverables, collect project status and communicate effectively across the organization
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to maintain consistent processes and programs integrated with Druva’s business systems to accurately align engineering and product management activity;
  • Responsible for status reporting to Leadership(including C-level) of these initiatives
  • Align Business Operations and Products telemetry to provide timely and accurate reporting on NPI velocity, NPI launch success  and adherence to Druva NPI planning;
  • Ensure all program artifacts (MRDs, PRDs, Launch Plans etc.) are completed and approved in a timely manner
  • Developing Playbooks for NPI Execution
  • Internal communication of all Product launches to cross-functional teams.
  • Close collaboration with the Director, NPI Programs to ensure necessary programs and materials are available for strategic launches and ongoing New Product Introduction;
  • In collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering, maintain Druva’s internal product information and ensure availability for all internal audiences;
  • Facilitate regular connection meetings between Products and Druva’s Field SE and Customer Success teams to exchange product feedback and planning.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (including certifications, licenses, etc.):

  • 5 years of experience in program/project management or equivalent for SaaS product
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field experience required;
  • Experience with the Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence platforms and best practices;
  • Ability to understand new product offerings and how they fit into existing Go To Market (GTM) implementation standards
  • Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of those improvements
  • Knowledge of GTM processes on SaaS company
  • Knowledge of CICD pipeline and Product Lifecycle Management is a plus
  • ​​Drive to identify unique and improved ways to meet the project needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record of being highly productive
  • Incredible attention to detail and a drive that motivates others on the team
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Direct experience working with Product Management, Engineering, or Customer Success teams in an Enterprise Software company;
  • Demonstrated commercial understanding of Product Management functions associated with user story creation; Waterfall and Agile development processes, UAT, documentation, and release packaging;
  • Experience with Google G-Suite, Sigma, Atlassian(JIRA, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps), Looker, and other modern collaboration tools is a plus; and
  • Demonstrated ability to set meaningful KPIs and manage them.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and similar CRM systems;

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $139,000 and $194,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
