We’re looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to take the Drata brand to the next level. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping Drata’s brand presence in the market, driving awareness, and building an emotional connection with our audiences. You’ll develop a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that unifies storytelling, campaigns, content, and creative to amplify Drata’s position as the leading Trust Management platform.

You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product — ensuring a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint, from awareness through conversion, and enabling our teams to effectively communicate Drata’s unique value to customers and prospects.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead brand marketing strategy by defining and executing brand-building initiatives to expand awareness and strengthen market positioning.
  • Partner with revenue marketing, content, and communications to develop multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable brand lift.
  • Steward the Drata brand by maintaining consistency in brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all channels and internal teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between brand storytelling and customer needs.
  • Establish KPIs for brand health, awareness, and engagement, and regularly report on progress to senior leadership.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success driving brand growth and executing high-impact campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and business audiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure brand health and campaign performance.
  • Experience managing agencies, in-house creative teams, and cross-functional contributors.
  • Deep understanding of B2B brand marketing strategies and ad placements. 
  • Passion for building brands that resonate deeply with customers and stand out in competitive markets.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change. 

Tier 1: $196,600 - $242,900

Tier 2: $177,000 - $218,600

Tier 3: $157,300 - $194,300
