As a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing at DISCO, your role is critical to the success and growth of DISCO in the legal technology domain. You will have a direct impact on driving pipeline, accelerating revenue growth. Your contributions will be instrumental in managing both paid and organic strategies, optimizing the marketing funnel, and shaping the future of our digital presence.

By developing and executing high-performance marketing strategies across paid and organic demand, you will play a pivotal role in growing revenue from our new and existing customer base. Your expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and forecasting will ensure that marketing initiatives are always aligned with our growth objectives and revenue targets.

What You'll Do

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and own the paid digital marketing strategy across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, display, etc.).
  • Annual Operating Plan Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to build and manage the annual operating plan (AOP) for marketing, aligning budget, revenue targets, and strategic initiatives.
  • Organic Demand Generation: Oversee organic demand strategies, including nurture flows, webinar activation and cross-functional collaboration on SEO initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborating with Integrated Marketing, this role will plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead efforts to optimize conversion rates at key points in the funnel, driving increased efficiency and maximizing ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze marketing performance data to forecast future trends, predict demand, and inform strategic decisions across all marketing efforts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future strategy and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution, ensuring cost-efficiency while hitting targets.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Drive experimentation across ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously optimize performance and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional SEO Alignment: Work closely with the content, web and product marketing teams to ensure SEO efforts are aligned and optimized to support both paid and organic demand generation.
  • Funnel Ownership: Collaborate with sales and marketing operations to ensure seamless lead hand-off and tracking through the funnel, improving the quality and conversion of marketing-sourced leads.
  • Tech Stack & Tools: Work with marketing operations to ensure the effective use of MarTech tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and attribution platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product marketing, content marketing, integrated marketing, customer success and sales teams to align messaging, develop lead nurturing strategies, and support integrated campaigns.

Who You Are 

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and marketing attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for digging into data to derive insights and optimize performance.
  • Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
