Your Mission

As a Territory Account Executive, LATAM, you’ll be the driving force behind the expansion of existing accounts and acquiring new logos, working closely with channel partners, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing, building deep, long-term relationships with customers, and establishing relationships with new customers. Your success will be defined not just by meeting revenue targets, but by your ability to create lasting value for our clients and establish Digital.ai as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, customer success, and marketing, to ensure a seamless experience for our prospects and customers. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and can balance the art of landing new accounts with the science of expanding existing accounts. Please note that this role will be working remotely from the U.S.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Lead the sales process from initial prospecting to successful deal closure, leveraging a consultative approach to match Digital.ai’s solutions to the unique needs of each customer in the LATAM region.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in new and existing accounts. 
  • Leverage Our Partners: Work closely with the Head of Channels, Americas to identify, recruit, and enable channel partners to drive pipeline growth and close deals.
  • Engage Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and IT decision-makers to position Digital.ai as a strategic partner in their digital transformation.
  • Deliver Excellence: Lead product demos, create tailored presentations, and design customized solutions that resonate with prospects. Ensure that every interaction exemplifies a world-class sales experience.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (product, customer success, marketing) to align client goals, ensure seamless execution, and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a Healthy Pipeline: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of leads, track progress, and forecast accurately in Salesforce, ensuring consistent growth and goal attainment.
  • Stay Agile and Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, and Digital.ai’s evolving product suite to ensure you’re always a step ahead of the competition.

 

What You Bring

  • Location: U.S. based, Ideally located in Texas or Florida, and able to travel to client sites within the LATAM region as needed
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Proven Success: 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to C-level and senior executives, with a proven ability to exceed quotas in complex, highly competitive markets
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of application developmentDevOpssecurityor adjacent technologies. You should be comfortable discussing the software development lifecycle and the technical jargon that comes with it
  • Sales Methodologies: Experience with proven sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, and the ability to adapt your approach based on client needs and challenges
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Strong ability to engage clients with a solutions-oriented mindset, nurturing relationships and aligning Digital.ai’s offerings with their corporate initiatives and verifiable business outcomes
  • C-Level Comfort: A track record of engaging with C-suite executives and managing high-level negotiations, with a focus on building long-term partnerships rather than just closing one-time deals
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve shared goals
  • Self-Motivation & Resilience: A high level of perseverance, self-motivation, and the ability to stay focused under pressure

The current salary range for this specific job is estimated to be $120,000 base, plus commission in a similar range. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
