About the Job: 

You will be the technical lead within our release orchestration and deployment product development teams. You will build upon our software stack that is being run by numerous Fortune 5000 companies in the world to streamline their DevOps processes at scale. We are looking for owners, people that can pick up a something from a range of topics and become experts, producing a quality solution that will last, and leaders, that can encourage team members with their work and personality to produce the best solutions. The position is full-stack, but with backend affinity – passionate about architecture, performance and scalability. 

 

What you will bring: 

Bachelors degree and professional experience crafting enterprise software. 

Validated experience in application/product development using a broad range of programming technologies including: 

  • At least 5 years of experience developing full-stack applications. 
  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming in Java and Scala languages.  
  • Experience with Spring, Akka, ORMs, and SQL databases. 
  • Excellent testing skills with JUnit and ScalaTest. 
  • Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and associated tooling. 
  • Practical experience with Go or Kubernetes, Cloud platform APIs is a great plus. 
  • Understanding of software design and architecture principles to develop maintainable enterprise applications. 
  • Commitment to delivering well-tested software and ensuring high code quality. 
  • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members to support their growth and development. 
  • Phenomenal written and spoken English skills.

For this position we offer a gross salary of 4,333 - 6,875 EUR/month depending on the level of skills.
