Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in Pune. This role requires a strong background in quality assurance, particularly in testing software solutions built on the Salesforce Platform or those integrating with Salesforce APIs. Experience with Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions like Salesforce CPQ or Conga (formerly Apttus) is highly desirable. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of our CPQ implementations.

What you will do

Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
Develop and execute test code for integration software built by the Back Office Middleware team.
Work with IT, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to troubleshoot integration issues and propose solutions.
Automate repetitive tests using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools to generate detailed reports.
Design and implement test systems to validate custom code, ensuring performance and reliability.
Write detailed test plans and cases based on business and functional requirements.
Define test scope, provide accurate estimates, and ensure thorough coverage.

What you will have

Hands-on experience testing Salesforce-based solutions (Apex, SOQL, APIs, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, Sandboxes).
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Conga/Apttus, or similar CPQ solutions (preferred).
Experience with browser automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies.
2-3 years of QA experience with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to identify, articulate, and document software defects clearly.
Strong communication skills to provide updates on testing progress and issues.
Proficiency in at least one QA automation language (TypeScript, JavaScript, Node, Apex, Go, Python).
Knowledge of software development methodologies and version control systems (Git, branching, pull requests).
Experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
