Job summary

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Content & Production who will lead our efforts in crafting compelling stories that guide our customers and prospects through a seamless content journey, from initial awareness to sustained demand. In this influential role, you will focus on showcasing the opportunity of digital trust with our customers. You’ll work together with key stakeholders and executives from across the company, ensuring that our content not only meets but exceeds industry standards. Your collaboration with product marketing and demand generation teams will be crucial to driving our mission forward.

What you will do

  • Lead and influence – take charge of the strategic direction and execution of our content initiatives, shaping the voice of a market leader in digital trust.
  • Collaborate with Experts – Work closely with top executives and key stakeholders to produce industry-leading content.
  • Drive innovation – use your experience to develop cutting edge content strategies that captivate and convert.
  • Passion for Digital Trust – Bring your love for the digital world to a company dedicated to staying ahead in the industry.
  • Focus on Quality – create and/or edit high-quality written content, including blog posts, reports, web pages, case studies, ebooks and more to establish thought leadership and engage our global audience.
  • Lead a team of copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate x-functionally with other departments such as product marketing, revenue marketing, corporate communications, and sales to ensure brand consistency in messaging.
  • Coordinate with SEO team, to enhance discoverability and amplification of content via owned channels.
  • Measure Success – Establish clear metrics to evaluate content performance, audience growth, engagement and reach.

 

What you will have

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing within a technical B2B industry, ideally with cybersecurity or digital trust
  • Exceptional editorial, communication and project management skills
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • A collaborative spirit
  • Self-motivated drive to continuously improve and innovate
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, enterprises and B2B marketing

 

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation
  • A BA/BS degree in journalism or a related field
