ProIntegridad es un proyecto de cooperación técnica financiado por la Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional (USAID), que, en línea con el capítulo anticorrupción del Tratado entre México, Estados Unidos y Canadá (T-MEC), tiene por objeto mejorar el ambiente de inversión y de negocios en sectores prioritarios para el crecimiento económico de México (ej. automotriz, electrónica y construcción) mediante el fortalecimiento de estándares de transparencia e integridad. ProIntegridad colabora con autoridades públicas, el sector privado y sociedad civil organizada a través de actividades de asistencia técnica, capacitaciones y un programa de subvenciones para sociedad civil.

Responsabilidades

 

La/el Especialista en Comunicaciones es responsable de producir y diseminar información sobre el proyecto ProIntegridad hacia audiencias internas y externas, utilizando varias herramientas y medios de comunicación escritos, visuales, y orales.  La/el especialista trabaja con el equipo de ProIntegridad para obtener información, documentar actividades y/o eventos, tomar fotografías de alta calidad, escribir historias o notas, compilar informes semanales, entre otros.  La utilización de redes sociales y medios visuales es fundamental.

 

  • Trabajar con los equipos técnicos para recoger información sobre actividades y para planificar y ejecutar el trabajo de comunicación ligado a las actividades del proyecto.
  • Entrevistar al equipo del proyecto, a USAID, a los socios estratégicos del proyecto, a sus beneficiarios, y al público para capturar su perspectiva con relación al proyecto.
  • Producir insumos de comunicación incluyendo historias, mensajes, e imágenes para redes sociales.
  • Producir insumos de comunicación para páginas web y blogs.
  • Participar en la planificación e ir a eventos organizados por el Proyecto para tomar fotografías de alta calidad para ser usadas en redes sociales, páginas web, y documentos del proyecto.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de comunicaciones de USAID, el cliente de ProIntegridad, para la publicación y diseminación de materiales de comunicación.
  • Responsable del cumplimiento de la estrategia y los requisitos de “branding y marking” del proyecto.
  • Escribir historias y documentos cortos que capturen el impacto del proyecto para una audiencia general.
  • Coordinar con la oficina matriz de Dexis para la producción y publicación de productos de comunicación del proyecto.
  • Apoyar y guiar a las organizaciones subvencionadas por ProIntegridad sobre la ejecución de sus estrategias de comunicación y sus requisitos de “branding y marking”.
  • Brindar apoyo en todos los esfuerzos de comunicación conforme a las necesidades del proyecto.

Perfil requerido:

  • Educación universitaria en comunicaciones, ciencias sociales, o materia afín.
  • Título de posgrado más 3 años de experiencia laboral, o licenciatura más 6 años de experiencia.
  • Experiencia en proyectos financiados por donantes internacionales es preferida.
  • Excelente dominio de herramientas y plataformas de comunicaciones.
  • Esta es una posición para contratación en México, abierta para candidatos(as) con ciudadanía mexicana o con residencia y permiso legal para trabajar en el país.
