We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the marketing team through building dynamic dashboards, providing insightful reporting, and driving data-driven decision-making. You’ll partner closely with program owners to define KPIs, implement attribution tools, and deliver actionable insights that optimize our marketing performance.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will ...

  • Define and Track KPIs: Collaborate with marketing program owners to establish meaningful KPIs for measuring program or content performance, setting benchmarks that align with overall business goals.
  • Develop Dashboards & Reports: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and custom reports to support both real-time and recurring reporting needs. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets unique objectives and provides clarity.
  • Optimize Attribution Tools: Assist with the implementation of tools like Bizible or similar multi-touch attribution solutions. Maintain and refine the tool to ensure accurate attribution insights and conduct regular audits to validate data integrity.
  • Analyze Marketing Data: Use data to provide actionable insights on marketing campaign performance, content engagement, website analytics, lead lifecycle, account funnel, and other key marketing metrics.
  • Provide Data-Driven Insights: Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities within data, delivering concise recommendations to improve marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Data Storytelling: Create visually compelling reports that simplify complex data, assist in ensuring insights are effectively communicated to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify gaps and opportunities in current marketing analytics processes, enhancing data quality, usefulness, and operational efficiency.

Custom Formula Creation & Data Merging: Develop custom formulas and data blending techniques to create advanced, connected analytics that answer complex marketing questions and bridge insights across multiple technologies.

 

If You Got It - We Want It

  • Experience: 2+ years in a data analytics role, ideally within a marketing or related environment.
  • Experience with Marketing Attribution: Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution modeling, lead scoring, or account-based marketing analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and at least one major data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with data processing/manipulation tools like Python or R is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in statistical analysis, KPI creation, and understanding key marketing metrics (e.g., lead quality, engagement rates, marketing-sourced revenue).
  • Communication: Ability to translate data into meaningful insights, presenting complex ideas simply with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to data accuracy, quality, and detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Approach complex business questions with a data-driven, practical mindset.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, revenue operations, and enterprise applications teams.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Storytelling with Data: Strong ability to convey the narrative behind data, driving understanding and action among stakeholders

 

Salary Range ($98,000 - $123,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus
