As a vital member of Cribl's centralized Business Operations team, you will lead transformative initiatives that drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will ...

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and long-term programs, collaborating closely with functional leaders and Cribl’s executive team. Examples include annual and quarterly planning processes, pricing committee, and board meeting content preparation
  • Design and implement company-wide processes to track priorities, goals, and results, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous problems by synthesizing diverse stakeholder opinions, forming recommendations, and developing end-to-end solutions
  • Drive special ad hoc projects from inception to completion as directed by business leaders to enable state changes in the business
  • Manage and improve business cadence by creating high-quality content for key company-wide and cross-functional meetings, including:
    • Company Kickoff
    • Monthly Business Reviews
    • All Hands

 

If You Got It - We Want It

  • Experience: 10+ years in corporate strategy, consulting, or business operations roles at top firms or tech companies
  • Strategic Planning: Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities and effective program management skills, with ability to organize and manage multiple company-wide initiatives in parallel
  • Problem Solving and Insight: Adaptable and results-oriented systems thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments, learns quickly, and approaches challenges entrepreneurially
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence diverse personalities and present to C-level stakeholders
  • Analytical Ability: Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, including advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead without direct authority
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Leverage functional empathy to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, understand diverse perspectives, and align on shared objectives to achieve results

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in both technology and/or B2B SaaS startup and large, sophisticated company environments
  • MBA or professional business degree

Salary Range ($150,000 - $200,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
