This role involves bolstering our developer-focused documentation. This means understanding SDK documentation, writing developer tutorials and examples, creating code snippets and understanding our customers’ use cases.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create and maintain high-quality developer-focused documentation, including tutorials, API references, and code examples.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates.
    • Develop and maintain style guides and best practices for technical writing.
    • Work with the support team to identify gaps in documentation that are causing customer pain points.
    • Build and maintain a knowledge base of developer-focused content.
  • Specific skills:
    • 8+ years technical writing experience
    • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a DevEx or other developer-focused content roles.
    • Experience using Git and docs-as-code
    • Experience with GenAI applications and development
    • Experience documenting programming and querying languages
    • Experience documenting REST APIs
