We are looking for a driven Sr Sales Operations Manager to join a high-impact, high-performing team that delivers strategic analysis and operational rigor to our International Sales leadership team. The ideal candidate has a passion for driving key objectives for the business and turning data-driven insights into actions. This person excels at balancing strategic planning with execution and is comfortable working with details. This well-rounded leader also thrives on driving cross-functional (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Compensation, etc.) projects, negotiating alignment and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
As an analytical and problem solver and self-starter, the ideal candidate will use data and qualitative information to drive and optimize our International Sales business. This person should have experience building operational/financial models and plans, analysing large and complex data sets. This person will help redesign and improve our data and analytics foundation including executive reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. As a key leader this person will make a large impact on our rapidly growing business.
Responsbilities:
- Serve as the trusted advisor and sales operations lead to International Sales leadership
- Develop, track and manage the performance analysis / metrics of the sales organisation using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Cover deal desk, and be able to resolve most quote, pricing and approvals requests etc.
- Use data and qualitative information to drive and optimize our International Sales business.
- Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics.
- Drive operational efficiency by leveraging industry best practices and designing process, tool, and dashboard improvements to scale our high-growth business
- Own and revamp end-to-end sales process to increase rep and team productivity (e.g., analytics, reporting, order management, documentation, etc.)
- Drives go-forward strategies and influences sales leadership via data driven determinations, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Conceptualizes and defines programs and processes that promote upsell, cross-sell, and increase renewals in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Partners with senior leaders in Sales Enablement and Marketing to develop and maintain up-to-date pitch decks and case studies.
- Uses analytical tools, benchmarks and other resources to track performance.

- Strong collaborator; comfortable operating in a matrix organisation and rallying disparate groups.
- High level analytical and complex problem solving skills in their functional area, with the ability to influence as a leader across functions.
- Intellectual curiosity and agility to navigate ambiguous circumstances.
- Ability to present, articulate, and defend analyses, diplomatically, on a routine basis.
- Frequent engagement with top level executives to provide functional expertise advice that influences business unit strategy.
- Excellent working knowledge of SFDC, CPQ, Power BI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Software SaaS background strongly preferred.
