Enterprise Systems, Manager (GTM) – Salesforce Development Manager

Job Overview: As a Salesforce Development Manager, you will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations, with 2+ years in a leadership role. (Salesforce certifications [e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Application Architect] are a plus.)
Experience with proficiency in JavaScript for building dynamic user interfaces.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, CRM concepts, and platform capabilities.
Proven track record in managing development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within Agile frameworks.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on mentoring and team development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, guiding them on technical challenges and career growth.
Manage the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and support.
Oversee and contribute to the development and customization of Salesforce CPQ and other platform features.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications, driving continuous improvement in development processes.
