What You Will Be Doing

As a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in an organization by utilizing your expertise in both business processes and the NetSuite software platform. Their primary responsibilities typically include:

  • System Analysis: Analyzing business requirements and processes to identify how NetSuite can be leveraged to meet the organization's needs
  • Implementation and Customization: Configuring and customizing NetSuite to align with business processes, which may involve setting up workflows, custom fields, forms, and reports
  • Integration: Collaborating with IT teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems and applications used within the organization
  • Troubleshooting and Support: In addition to core solutioning responsibilities, you may need providing technical support, addressing user issues, and troubleshooting system problems related to NetSuite – on need basis
  • Training and Documentation: Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to effectively use NetSuite and creating documentation for processes and procedures
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement in system functionalities, performance, and user experience
  • System Upgrades and Maintenance: Managing upgrades, updates, and patches for NetSuite to ensure the system is up-to-date and functioning optimally
  • Data Management: Overseeing data integrity, ensuring accurate data entry, and managing data migration processes
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborating with different departments to streamline processes and workflows, utilizing NetSuite's capabilities effectively
  • Project Management: Leading or participating in projects related to NetSuite implementation or enhancement, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
  • Coordinate solution and development activities with the development team

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • NetSuite Configuration and Implementation: Configuring and customizing the NetSuite system to meet the specific needs of the organization. This involves understanding business requirements, conducting system analysis, and implementing solutions within NetSuite
  • Supply Chain Management: Understanding and optimizing supply chain processes within NetSuite. This includes managing inventory, procurement, order fulfillment, demand planning, and logistics. The analyst may be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs within the supply chain
  • Financial Management: Utilizing NetSuite for financial functions such as accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. This involves understanding financial principles, ensuring accurate financial data within the system, and generating financial reports
  • Business Process Improvement: Analyzing existing business processes and recommending improvements or new features within NetSuite to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth
  • User Training and Support: Providing training to users within the organization on how to use NetSuite effectively. Also offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for any system-related issues
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Using NetSuite to extract, analyze, and present data for informed decision-making. Generating reports and dashboards that offer insights into various aspects of the business, including supply chain and financial performance
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with different teams, such as IT, finance, supply chain, and other departments, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure that NetSuite aligns with the overall business objectives
  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring that NetSuite configurations and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols, especially concerning financial data and supply chain security
  • System Maintenance and Upgrades: Managing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in NetSuite to keep the system up-to-date and functioning optimally
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Documenting configurations, processes, and best practices for using NetSuite effectively. This documentation aids in training, troubleshooting, and maintaining the system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role with Supply Chain and Finance functional knowledge
  • Strong understanding of supply-chain/order fulfillment functions in NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work with a global team in business and within the bizapps
  • Be the bridge and coordinate project enhancement between business ops and development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
  • Working knowledge of 3PL warehouse operations and integrated logistics systems is a big plus
  • Salesforce and quote to cash functional knowledge is highly preferable
  • Availability to lead project discussions within EU and US time zone (untill 12 noon Pacific Time) as needed.
