The C3 AI marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, with a strong focus on using Adobe Marketo and its integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The candidate will play a critical role in creating, implementing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and support lead nurturing efforts throughout the sales funnel.

We are looking for a technically proficient marketer who can manage the end-to-end process of email and marketing automation campaigns, from design to deployment, while ensuring seamless integration between Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about optimizing workflows, lead scoring models, and campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Automation:Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns and create dashboards using tools like Adobe Marketo and ensuring smooth integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Campaign Management:Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and drip campaigns targeting prospects and customers at various stages of the marketing funnel.
  • CRM Integration:Ensure seamless data integration between Adobe Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for effective lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead Scoring & Segmentation:Develop and implement lead scoring models, dynamic customer segmentation, and personalized workflows to enhance lead nurturing and conversion efforts.
  • Data Management:Maintain and optimize customer and prospect data within Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization:Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows for increased engagement and ROI.
  • Campaign Analytics:Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to improve future efforts.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure marketing automation efforts align with broader business objectives and CRM strategies.
  • Compliance:Ensure all email and marketing campaigns comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Marketo:Proven expertise in using Adobe Marketo to build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including experience with lead nurturing, scoring models, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM:Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including integration with Marketo, managing customer data, and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Email Marketing Best Practices:Knowledge of email marketing principles, including best practices for deliverability, and experience optimizing emails for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Data-Driven:Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools in Marketo and Dynamics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template editing and familiarity with API integrations between Marketo and CRM systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to troubleshoot issues related to automation workflows, data syncing, and platform integration.
  • Project Management:Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Compliance Knowledge:Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and ensuring all marketing efforts adhere to these standards.
