Your Mission

To provide training programs that develop employees skills, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively and are prepared for future responsibilities
To enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our employees, thereby contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

Facilitate seamless onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and integrated into their roles quickly and effectively
Promote continuous learning where employees have access to variety of learning resources and are encouraged to expand their knowledge, develop new skills, and stay updated with industry trends
Assess training effectiveness, ensure learning programs are meeting objectives by conducting effective training assessment that helps identify areas of improvement, optimize training delivery, and ensure that employees are gaining the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
Leverage on technology to stay competitive, adapt to changing market conditions, improve efficiency and productivity, streamline processes, and create new opportunities for growth
Improve performance & collaborations as you will be involved in product discussions and updates and serve as the primary source of up-to-date information and provide briefings and training sessions periodically to keep them informed about changes in our services, process and tools
Ensure compliance among employees by maintaining organizational integrity, protecting company reputation, adhering to laws and regulations standards, and ethical practices that govern business operations
