Our Director of Strategic Finance will run a lean team. • Financial communications: Prepare all leadership, investor, and employee communications about financial results. Ensure succinct, consistent, and compelling messaging, tailoring messaging for different audiences. Facilitate our monthly leadership discussion about financial results
  • Financial modeling: Own and evolve our financial plans including revenue build, sales and marketing budget, gross margin, headcount plan, working capital build for rolling 12-month forecasts, our annual budget, and long-range plan
  • M&A financial diligence and planning: Work closely with our corporate development team on financial due diligence for acquisition targets; build and maintain M&A merger models; update leaders and stakeholders on synergy achievement
  • Automation: implement SaaS tools and new processes to drive down time to deliver high-quality month-end financial analysis and commentary

Who You Are

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of experience delivering business impact in strategic roles, including 2+ years in an analytical role with a structured training program (e.g. audit, consulting, investment banking or corporate FP&A). Experience working on the direct investments team at a private equity or venture capital firm will make candidates especially qualified but is not required for this role. Candidates should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/related field, MBA, or CFA. They will be financial modeling experts with a strong grasp of GAAP concepts, economic concepts, and SaaS benchmarks.

We are looking for candidates who exhibit a high degree of ownership and want to continue raising our quality bar. OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
