Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales in Accounting and Wealth Management firms. You will work with firms that are new to BILL to identify, understand, and align the problems with their current process to BILL's Accounting and Wealth Management firm solutions.  Account Executives who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for any number of exciting career expansion opportunities within our fast-growing organization. If you're a motivated sales professional with at least 5+ years of experience exceeding quotas in a high volume, high velocity environment, we want to talk to you.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Ability to communicate the value of BILL and its line of financial products to multiple buyer personas in a single setting. Expect to interact with Legal & IT teams
  • High level understanding of GAAP reporting standards & ERP systems
  • Understanding of business objectives through outcome-based selling by way of functional discovery, technical demonstrations, and complex price plans
  • Experience working collaboratively with technical resources to present solutions through sales presentations and product demos via web conferencing tools
  • Be viewed as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution.
  • Update weekly forecast while exceeding daily metrics, including pipeline status and potential to achieve target bookings, as well as upside & downside risks.
  • Skilled negotiator with deal driven sales insights and ability to structure complex deals
  • 5+ years of experience in a solution based environment, with understanding of partnership selling
  • Proven track record achieving sales goals using high-volume calling environment
  • Experience conducting sales presentations and product demos via web conferencing tools
  • Ability to develop and execute customer-focused, consultative sales skills

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary  ranges noted below roles in the specific  geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle
$181,700—$218,300 USD
Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts
$163,500—$296,500 USD
Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina
$154,400—$185,600 USD
