Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with extensive data storytelling experience to join our CXO Insights & Reporting team, which supports various teams within the Customer Experience (CX) and Operations (O) functions at BILL. This position will play a pivotal role in weaving data from various sources into compelling data stories and insights, specifically as it relates to Voice of Customer (VoC).

Responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance CXO data models to generate actionable VoC insights
  • Develop compelling data visualizations and present VoC insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the customer experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CXO VoC data and a strategic thought partner for business initiatives

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • BS/BA in a technical or data-related field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Business) or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years in a Data Analyst or related role, with demonstrated success in data storytelling
  • Proficiency in data visualization and presentation, with experience creating compelling insights
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Experience collaborating with CX and Product teams to enhance customer experience
  • Fintech or startup experience preferred
  • Strategy consulting experience is a plus.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary  ranges noted below roles in the specific  geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle
$110,200—$132,100 USD
Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts
$99,200—$118,900 USD
Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina
$93,700—$112,300 USD
