WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BaubleBar is currently seeking an Associate to join our Production team. The Production Associate works with the Sourcing & Production team to respond to production and sample needs for our custom business in jewelry, accessories, and home goods. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment. Interested candidates should be confident working independently and within a larger team. The position requires close attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Manage the end-to-end production process from issuing purchase orders daily to ensuring on-time deliveries
  • Update and enforce T&A checkpoints and lead-time changes
  • Troubleshoot arising production issues with vendors and internal partners as needed
  • Prepare and lead weekly product status meetings
  • Understand BaubleBar’s product quality standards and ensure factory compliance
  • Coordinate and review in-office production samples 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in NetSuite and status trackers
  • Report creation and management
  • Work onsite in our Manhattan office 3 days per week

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in Sourcing, Production, Development, or related field
  • Solid understanding of production processes and supply chain
  • Strong knowledge of and previous experience with data entry and data analysis
  • High Proficiency in Excel
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • A team player with good written and oral communication skills; must be confident communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for jewelry and creating our products!
